- Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Manage high-risk antepartum cases and assist in C-section procedures.
- Monitor and support patients during labor, including managing COVID-19 cases as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards using EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS, ACLS, and FM certifications required.
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric nursing.
- Ability to circulate C-sections and manage high-risk antepartum patients.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Advanced Family Medicine (FM) skills.
- Experience managing COVID patients in labor, C-sections, or antepartum.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as CPN and Meditech.
