Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a busy ICU setting.
• Float across ICU units and Emergency Departments as needed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent ICU experience prior to travel.
• Ohio license or Compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ICU within the past 12 months.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Compliance with travel and immunization screening requirements.
• Background check completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent experience working in MICU or similar critical care units.
• Experience with float assignments across multiple ICUs and EDs.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures.
