• Full-time, day shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to help patients meet their recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and hospital standards.
• Contribute to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a scenic mountain setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Wyoming.
• Current BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
• Prior acute care or inpatient/outpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Critical Access hospital setting.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
