Schedule / Job Type
Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to ICU patients and their families.
• Perform advanced procedures such as central line insertions, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube placements, and EVD insertions.
• Monitor and operate ICU equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including floating policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or applicable state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• ICU experience, preferably with advanced procedural skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and accommodate schedule requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ventilators and critical care equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
