Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities to support patient recovery
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Support patient goals through personalized therapeutic interventions

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Ability to work full-time, five days a week
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and documentation standards
