• Full-time, day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room setting for surgical procedures
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical equipment
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative needs
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 01/01/23 onward)
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in an operating room specialty
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent)
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores
• Successful completion of required health screenings including drug tests and background checks
• Complete all onsite fingerprinting and badge procedures prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with Cleveland Clinic or similar major healthcare systems
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and protocols
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
