Part-time, nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility guidelines for patient safety and infection control.
- Assist with patient assessments and report significant changes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of ND.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with common diagnoses such as CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD.
- Familiarity with EMR systems like PCC.
- Prior experience working every other weekend and holiday shifts.
