Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Mids shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 days per week, travel required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with healthcare protocols
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of experience working in LTC/SNF settings
- Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts, including evenings and travel as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with specialized resident care protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
