Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Support patient assessments, treatment planning, and progression.
• Assist in the implementation of therapy exercises and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between multiple facilities as needed, including Glen Haven, Hunter Creek, Park Manor, and Heritage Health.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure or certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities.
• Flexibility to float between multiple locations.
