Schedule / Job Type
- No Shift / No specific shift assigned; 4 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts guaranteed; 8-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Follow established care plans and document patient status accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings promptly
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and health standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and resident care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with 12-hour day shifts
- Prior work in a contract or temporary staffing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
