Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 6:30)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Assist surgical teams with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed surgical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures regarding OR safety and patient rights

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current RN license, preferably a compact or state license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an operating room or perioperative nursing
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with Ohio State University hospital systems or similar settings
• Knowledge of OR instrumentation and surgical procedures
• Familiarity with travel nursing requirements and compliance protocols
