Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (5x8 Hours)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute rehab therapy services to patients within a hospital setting
• Float between units and affiliate hospitals as needed, following proper orientation
• Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress in Epic charting system
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies, including working scheduled holidays as required
Required Qualifications
• Valid California license in physical therapy
• Acute rehab experience or willingness to float with proper orientation
• Ability to work day shifts, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience (specific requirement per client)
• Willingness to work major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in acute care hospital environments
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
• Ability to float between different units and affiliate hospitals
