Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and execute care plans
- Document resident information accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of nursing practices and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work full shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
