Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients across various units, including Neuro ICU if applicable.
• Float between units as needed, ensuring consistent patient care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and dress code standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safety.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.
• Work scheduled night shifts with 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, and participate in holiday coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license; compact license acceptable.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and float between units.
• Successful completion of necessary compliance modules prior to start.
• Must meet local radius rule (within 50 miles of facility).
• Standard background checks (excluding Nursys and BG hits).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro ICU experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt quickly to unit changes and emergencies.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center.
