Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in compliance with healthcare standards
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Valid Delaware state license or eligibility for licensure (pending licenses considered on a case-by-case basis with proof of application date)
• Current professional certification as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
