Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy exercises and equipment use.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency is a plus.
