Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve clients' functional abilities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid occupational therapist license or certification in the state of Ohio
• Demonstrated experience in occupational therapy practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or pediatric settings
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency (if applicable)
