• Full-time, Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician referrals and treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient needs, develop customized therapy programs, and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery techniques.
• Document patient assessments, treatment provided, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• BLS/CPR certification.
