Location: Villa Rica, GA

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an orthopedic setting.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours.
• Contribute to the outpatient clinic’s success by delivering quality care aligned with treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

• State licensure or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Strong patient communication skills.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour shift.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.
• Willingness to accept new/first-time travelers and recent graduates.

• Elevated rates are available for April start dates; regular rates apply for later starts.
• The position guarantees 36 hours per week, with a possibility of up to 40 hours.
