Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an orthopedics setting.
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, including follow-up visits.
• Treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-ups.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and coordinate care with other locations as needed.
• Uphold productivity standards of 60 visits per week.
• Be flexible to float to neighboring clinics as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
• Willingness to accept fluctuating start dates and work with elevated rates for April starts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates considered, but no prior experience required
• Outpatient experience is advantageous
• Flexible to work with a team and adapt to clinic needs
