• Full-time, travel
• Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to LTAC patients utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and scientific judgment to ensure safe patient delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and delegate tasks appropriately based on staff experience.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Use established protocols to anticipate patient needs and deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in LTAC or critical care settings.
• Active Missouri RN license or multi-state RN licensure (must be attached to resume).
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission).
• Vent/trach experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in LTAC or long-term acute care settings.
• Prior travel nursing experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
