• Travel, 13-week assignment, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical unit at a rehab facility.
• Perform patient transfers, bladder scans, dressing changes, and medication administration.
• Document patient assessments and procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Ensure patient safety through hourly rounding and bed alarm activation checks.
• Maintain adherence to unit policies, guidelines, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with patient transfers and EMR documentation.
• Ability to work night shifts and coordinate patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Rehab experience and scoring documentation skills.
• Transfer training proficiency.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system.
• Familiarity with rehab procedures such as bladder scans and dressing changes.
