Job Title:
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type:
Part-time, Night shifts (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of medical-surgical patients.
• Supervise and coordinate care delivery by LPNs, NAs, and other RNs when serving as charge nurse.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and clinical protocols to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license from the State of Illinois
• BLS and ACLS certification
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in a critical access or small hospital environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
