- Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
- Hickory, NC
- Full-time, Day shifts
- 12 hours
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort during recovery.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Document patient progress and responses to treatments accurately in medical records.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS via AHA preferred.
- Minimum of one year of inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain or provide proof of updated credentialing (Quality Indicator) within three months of start date.
- Must have current or pending license with clear ETA.
- Experience with Meditech charting or similar electronic medical records systems.
- Strong assessment and patient education skills.
