Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Document care activities accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and observational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in LTC/SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate patient care approach
