Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Tele setting according to established guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 01/01/23 onward).
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in a Medical Surgical/Tele setting.
• BLS certification (active and current).
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and pass SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Successful completion of background checks within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital environment with Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
