• Full-time, 4x12 Hour Day shifts, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical surgical and telemetry patients in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Utilize a team nursing model with a 1:12 nurse-to-patient ratio, split between RNs, LPNs, and MedNurses.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Assist in managing patient progress, documentation, and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Work collaboratively within a large hospital environment to deliver high-quality care.
• Be available for on-call and weekend assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Proven experience working in a Level I Trauma hospital.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to hospital policies.
• Must meet all compliance requirements, including RTO and vaccination documentation.
• No first-time travelers unless possessing 5+ years of experience in the specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR system.
• Previous travel nursing assignments preferred.
• Strong understanding of trauma and acute care protocols.
• Ability to float within units and campuses as needed within a 20-mile radius.
