Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit with some oncology cases
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care
• Collaborate with a team of RNs, LPNs, and medical nurses in a team nursing model
• Support Trauma and Oncology patients, adhering to hospital protocols
• Cover night shifts, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Fulfill on-call duties as needed and work occasional weekends to meet unit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg/Tele experience, including Oncology and Level I Trauma experience
• Experience with hospital settings, preferably in large, acute care or trauma centers
• Ability to work night shifts, including working during major holidays if required
• Compliance with all travel and licensure guidelines under NLC and agency policies
• Must provide travel documentation, including a copy of driver’s license at submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EHR system experience
• Previous travel nursing experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large hospital setting
• Experience with on-call duties and flexible scheduling
• Strong clinical skills in Oncology, Trauma, and MedSurg patient care
