• Full-time, night shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for medical-surgical and telehealth units, including post-chemotherapy monitoring and symptom management
• Utilize advanced equipment such as telemetry monitors, arterial lines, and infusion pumps to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Administer blood products, manage central and PICC lines, and assist with procedures like chest tube insertion/removal
• Monitor patient vital signs, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Ensure infection prevention and fall safety protocols are consistently followed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a medical-surgical or telehealth setting
• Valid RN license (compact or state) in Ohio at the time of submission
• BCLS certification
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage vascular access devices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity patient care and complex monitoring equipment
• Strong understanding of chemotherapy-related cardiac monitoring and symptom management
• Knowledge of inpatient infection control protocols
