Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Complete necessary assessments, treatments, and documentation during night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 onward).
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Valid and current certifications with no pending items.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores (maximum of 2 attempts).
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with Nicotine (Cotinine) test within last 12 months; updated annually.
• BCI/FBI background checks completed within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Ability to complete onsite badging and fingerprinting prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working within a hospital system similar to the Cleveland Clinic.
• Familiarity with PAPR requirements and exemption policies for facial hair.
• Experience with pre-start and annual training modules via Silkroad.
