Key Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional radiology procedures, including neuro IR, vascular, and body interventions.
• Prepare and operate specialized equipment such as ACT, EKOS catheters, EVD/ICP monitoring, and lumbar drains.
• Monitor sedated patients, administer medications like sedation and blood products, and assist with patient care activities.
• Start IVs, perform venipuncture, and manage patient documentation in Epic system.
• Support team during procedures and respond to emergent patient needs as required.
• Follow unit-specific protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical IR experience, ideally with neuro IR.
• Recent EPIC experience and BLS certification.
• Certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• References from the last 12 months and skills checklist documentation.
• Willingness to work every 5th weekend and participate in call rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro interventional procedures.
• ACLS certification.
• Prior hospital or teaching facility experience preferred.
