• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Contract, Temporary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and behavioral support to patients in an acute care setting
• Manage milieu, medication administration, and patient assessments
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Ensure safety and facilitate therapeutic activities within the unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio or Compact RN license (permanent) in hand at the time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care (non-psychiatric) hospital
• Must have at least 18 months of permanent experience in a short-term acute care hospital prior to travel
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• References from recent supervisors or managers (minimum of two from the past 12 months)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with milieu management, medication administration, and patient assessments
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and adhere to facility safety protocols
• Familiarity with travel compliance requirements and documentation procedures
