Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Braselton, GA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the AMN clearance packet before starting
• Work 8-hour days, totaling 40 hours per week
• Adhere to required licensing and credentialing standards
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery in accordance with established protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Georgia
• Experience in setting up therapy modalities
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately
• Equipment will be provided during interview, ensure familiarity with standard clinical tools

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience with ATI or similar rehab providers
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Knowledge of billing cycles and documentation procedures
