- Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI imaging equipment to produce quality scans for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
- Accurately follow physician orders and technical protocols
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Document procedures and ensure proper charting in the electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT certification
- BLS certification required
- State licensure is not required but must hold appropriate credentials
- Radiation safety badge (must be provided by agency)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient imaging settings
- Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR systems
- Ability to work at multiple facilities within the region as needed
