- Full-time, Day shift (4x10-hour shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology labs.
- Assist with procedures, monitor patient status, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality cardiovascular care.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Float within scope to other units such as EP or IRO as needed.
- Provide on-call coverage once weekly and approximately once per month on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alaska Registered Nurse license (or pending in 10-12 weeks with license in hand prior to start).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work scheduled on-call and holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Epic charting experience.
- Prior cardiac cath lab or electrophysiology lab nursing experience.
- Flexibility to float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities.
