• Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech
Location

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, days (8-hour shifts), 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, specifically X-rays, in a hospital setting
• Float between units as assigned, including various hospital departments
• Adhere to shift schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, including charting with Epic system
• Provide patient care in a short-term acute care facility with 536 beds
• Participate in holiday coverage, working three of the five designated holidays
Required Qualifications
• Active ARRT license in Radiologic Technology or pending licensure can be considered
• At least 1 year of relevant X-ray and radiology experience
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation for assignment at facility and nearby affiliates
• Ability to meet compliance and background screening requirements (2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years)
• Must be able to work with Epic charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel or float experience in a hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
• Experience with OR, Cath Lab, or other specialized radiology procedures

Additional Information
• Must commit to working three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
• Candidates must have reliable transportation, as a vehicle is required for this assignment
• Travel within hospital or to neighboring facilities may be necessary, with floating responsibilities included
• No fee parking available; all other specifics related to compliance, RTO, and background screening to be confirmed prior to assignment
