Registered Nurse - Psychiatric
Location: Randallstown, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Temp-permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients meeting admission criteria from ED and outside referrals
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, and implement treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Float within hospital departments as needed within scope

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland or Compact state nursing license at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of current psychiatric nursing experience
• Certification in aggressive management (preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Must comply with travel and hospital policies (no RTO accepted after auto-offer)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with first-time travelers accepted
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float requirements
• Familiarity with virtual modules for training and ongoing education
