- Full-time, Days shift, variable schedule with options for 10, 12, or 4x10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care during various surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma operating room
- Circulate and assist with surgeries including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room RN experience
- Experience working in Level 1 trauma hospitals
- Valid RN license in Ohio or a compact state license at the time of submission
- EPIC and BCLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burn surgeries

Additional Notes
- This position involves variable shifts including days and possibly evenings, weekends, and holidays based on unit needs
- Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting screening promptly after contract agreement; delayed or unresponsive candidates risk cancellation
- RTO (Time Off) requests must be included at submission and incorporated into the contract
- Only local candidates or those willing to drive to Ohio for fingerprinting will be considered
- Two professional references are required; one must be from a supervisor or manager and at least one must be a licensed RN or Charge RN
- Candidates currently outside Ohio must be prepared to complete fingerprinting immediately after booking, either in Ohio or via mailed packet
