Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Handle a typical schedule of 12-14 patient visits per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, with prior approval for overtime.
• Collaborate with clinic teams and float to neighboring clinics as needed.
• Document patient progress and develop treatment plans to support patient recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to float between clinics if necessary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
