Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity goals of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval from the director for OT hours if applicable.
• Maintain documentation and follow protocols related to patient care and treatment plans.
• Float to other clinics as needed, providing consistent therapy services across locations.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of North Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time days, including early mornings and/or late afternoons as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• New graduates accepted, with licensing or certification in good standing.
• Willingness to travel between clinics as part of their assignment.
