Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in a 13-bed medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Required Qualifications
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a similar 12-bed medical-surgical unit
• Ability to handle a patient ratio of 1:5 efficiently
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
