Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Start and manage IVs for patients.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
• Educate patients on their treatments and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information using EPIC electronic medical records.
• Float to lower acuity units as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.
• Follow hospital policies to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• BCLS certification.
• IV certification.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel experience in acute care settings.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
