• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system efficiently and accurately
• Manage patient assessments, procedures, and interventions according to protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all stages of care
• Document all patient interactions and treatment details in compliance with hospital policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (must be valid at the time of submission)
• NIHSS certification prior to start date
• Experience with Epic EMR system at a level 3 or 4
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test within the last 12 months
• Valid RN license (pending license accepted)
• Must be nicotine-free, no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive modules during orientation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team setting
