Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic cases.
• Manage patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapy interventions.
• Float to other clinics as needed to ensure adequate coverage and patient care continuity.
• Maintain productivity with an expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily, with some double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with team members and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Excellent patient communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with orthopedic outpatient populations.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic environments and float between multiple locations.
