Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Days; 8-hour shifts; potential for up to 40 hours weekly, with 36 hours guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing outpatient physical therapy services
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-ups and double-booking as needed
• Support patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinic staff and float to other clinics as necessary
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or licensed eligible as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work day shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates accepted, with appropriate supervision
• First-time travelers welcomed
• Prior experience in outpatient or pediatric settings considered a plus
