Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Chattanooga, TN

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, nights shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced cardiac critical care to ICU patients in a busy hospital setting
• Care for post-open heart surgery patients (minimum 1-2 days postop)
• Perform procedures such as intubations, CRRT, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as part of the critical care team
• Document patient care using Meditech and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Float to other units within the facility, including PCU and Medical Surgical as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac critical care experience
• Ability to care for post-open heart surgery patients
• Experience with Impella heart pump and CRRT (preferred)
• Must be able to float to other units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
• CCRN certification (a plus)
• Experience with advanced monitoring platforms and critical care equipment
• Strong patient communication skills, courteous and respectful care
