Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts (Days and Nights)
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the HVTI-Stepdown unit at a major hospital, with potential to float to other units as needed
• Manage and monitor patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain certification standards during orientation and throughout assignment
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with hospital policies

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units prior to travel
• Recent Stepdown or PCU experience; travel experience accepted
• Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Active American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments with an acceptable score during orientation
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in PCU/Progressive Care settings preferred but not required
• Prior travel nurse experience beneficial
