Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions, including therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work with a flexible schedule, with some float to other clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week.
• Capable of seeing 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-ups.
• Must have at least 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Willingness to float between clinics within the region.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
