Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient care and therapy services
- Implement treatment plans and activities designed to improve patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with care protocols
- Support patient education and engagement throughout therapy sessions
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
Required Qualifications
- State certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in arehospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility environments
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation systems
