• Therapist - Occupational Therapist
Location
• Murrieta, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 4 days per week, Day shifts (10 hours per shift)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and provide treatment for pediatric patients with feeding or eating difficulties
• Manage a full caseload primarily for pediatric feeding disorder and developmental delays
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in electronic health systems
• Participate in orientation and training sessions at the facility
Required Qualifications
• 1.5+ years of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Valid California OT license or eligibility to obtain one (certificate must be active within 6-8 weeks if applying from another state)
• NBCOT certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat pediatric patients independently, including those with feeding/eating difficulties
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in children’s hospitals or similar pediatric settings
• Knowledge of pediatric swallowing disorders and feeding interventions
• Experience treating children ages 8 months and older
